Meet Mahmoud Wasel
Building Inspector Ryde, NSW

Fair price for inspection and report is very detailed, able to get an inspection booked for the next day. Report available for the next day.

Happy with the service I received. Inspector was thorough and answered my follow up questions. Customer service was responsive via both phone and email, and were accommodating for my preferred time compared another option which wanted to arrange timing directly with the agent

I have used ISpect building inspections a few times now. A pleasure to deal with and fast turn around ! From making the initial appointment, to carrying out a thorough inspection and producing the report.

Thank you so much. Cannot be more happy with our experience from start to finish. Whether it be over the phone or in person, the professionalism was second to none. Really appreciate all your efforts and Mahmoud was a true gentleman over the phone and onsite. I recommend these guys to everybody A+++

Very happy with the speed and quality of the building inspection we got done. Mahmoud was very helpful when we had follow up questions after r receiving the report

Responsible and diligent work

Requested a building & pest report of a home I wished to buy. iSPECT was there at 9 a.m. next morning & I had their report by close of business the same day. Very efficient. Well done, iSPECT.

The absolute gold standard of property inspectors! Mahmoud was incredibly thorough and genuinely went above and beyond during the inspection. He picked up major hidden moisture and waterproofing issues that could've easily cost me tens of thousands down the track in this property - then took the time to explain what was happening, why it mattered and what would actually need to be done to fix it properly. He?s very knowledgeable and technical, but also explains everything in a way that?s so easy to understand. Super honest, patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. His customer service was honestly unmatched. Couldn?t recommend him enough. Don?t look anywhere else - just hire him. Thanks so much for everything Mahmoud ??

I would like to say that your service is excellent. The staff are very friendly, professional, and dedicated. I really appreciate the great customer service and support. Thank you for your outstanding service. Highly recommend.

The inspection was does straightforward and thorough. Happy with the timely report afterwards.

Happy with the service overall. The inspector arrived on time, carried out a thorough inspection, and provided a detailed report. The customer service team was also very helpful and professional. My only feedback is that I would have liked the report to include external photos of the roof tiles to confirm there were no loose or cracked tiles. The report included photos from inside the roof cavity, but not of the roof exterior itself.
