The absolute gold standard of property inspectors! Mahmoud was incredibly thorough and genuinely went above and beyond during the inspection. He picked up major hidden moisture and waterproofing issues that could've easily cost me tens of thousands down the track in this property - then took the time to explain what was happening, why it mattered and what would actually need to be done to fix it properly. Happy with the service overall. The inspector arrived on time, carried out a thorough inspection, and provided a detailed report. The customer service team was also very helpful and professional. My only feedback is that I would have liked the report to include external photos of the roof tiles to confirm there were no loose or cracked tiles. The report included photos from inside the roof cavity, but not of the roof exterior itself.
