The house inspection was quick to book. The inspector was respectful and prompt. All external and internal areas were inspected including the roof space. Recommendation/tips was also provided on some maintenance items for future improvement. The inspection report was clear and concise delivered within 24 hours of the inspection time.

"Happy with the service overall. The inspector arrived on time, carried out a thorough inspection, and provided a detailed report. The customer service team was also very helpful and professional. My only feedback is that I would have liked the report to include external photos of the roof tiles to confirm there were no loose or cracked tiles. The report included photos from inside the roof cavity, but not of the roof exterior itself."
